BAKE4FUN project aims to provide, design, validate and develop innovative health-promoting bakery products based on a new iron microencapsulation technology and on the use of organic whole einkorn flours, able to obtain healthy, sustainable and ethically correct products.
Prometeo has a deep knowledge about the agronomic and qualitative characteristics of Einkorn. The company selects, coultives and transforms in his facilitiy certified Einkorn seed of the variety “Monlis“. The einkorn Monlis is milled by natural stone mills and is used for the production line of organic baked products. Prometeo controls and manages the whole chain production.
